About the instructor

Student Reviews
“My boss thought that it would be a good idea for me to take the class because of my public facing position and several of my employees spoke English as a second language. I am someone who struggled with Spanish in high school, so I was a little apprehensive. My experience was well beyond my expectations. Rochelle has a unique quality with her approach to teaching. She made the class fun and relatable.”

“I was very intimidated walking into the room on our first night of class. However, once Rochelle started speaking, any anxiety I felt about my participation in the course went away. Rochelle has a way of putting people immediately at ease and making people feel welcome.”

“Conversational, adult Spanish lessons with Rochelle were exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a program where I could expand my Spanish knowledge to practice and reinforce my skills. I wanted the opportunity to use the language as much as possible. It was flexible and exactly what I wanted!”

“Rochelle is an amazing teacher. I signed up for her adult beginner Spanish class. I remember her saying the goal for the class was for all of us to be able to have a conversation in Spanish with an abuelita we met on the bus without being nervous. Thanks to her, I’ve achieved that goal and continue to improve.”
